Petter is working as a Senior Play Designer at the award-winning app studio Toca Boca. Between 2015 and 2018 he was the main designer for multiple apps in the Toca Life series. Currently, he is the Design Lead for Toca Boca World, an app played by millions of kids all over the world, and which received the iPhone App of the Year award in 2021. At Toca Boca Petter also works with many of their inclusion and diversity initiatives.

He has been a founding and active member of the D4CR initiative since its start in 2018. D4CR stands behind the Designing for Children’s Guide which aims to refine a new standard for design with ethics and children’s best interests at the core.

He has been working as a designer and producer of participatory culture, primary larp – live-action role-playing. In that field, he worked with both Emmy-nominated and Emmy-awarded productions.

Petter was one of the founders of the non-profit company LajvVerkstaden which works with larp as a pedagogical method and art form. In 2015 he was a part of the launch of the livestreaming service for the online video platform TwentyThree.

He was part of founding and producing Sweden’s largest conference for live roleplaying Prolog for 10 years and the main producer of the short-lecture style conference Nordic Larp Talks. Petter was a part of producing the Swedish run of the renowned Nordic larp Just a Little Lovin’ in 2012 and the co-designer the larps When Our Destinies Meet and Papers, both of which are free to download and play.

He is a regular speaker at conferences and facilitator of workshops.
