6 years ago today, on November 21st 2018 we launched Toca Boca World. For me that was the culmination of all the work I had done with the Toca Life app series, designing 8 different digital playground experiences that now was to become one big thing in the brand new World app. The years have now gone by with a huge growth and development of the app, one app of the year award and tons of amazing stories from kids all over the world that have reached us. Letting us know what our game meant for them.

This month we also reached another crazy milestone, 1 billion downloads. This number is across all Toca Boca apps, so also include my previously designed Life apps but is of course a testament to other apps released by all my past and present Toca Boca colleagues, as well as the work we now do with Toca Boca World of course.

Toca Boca Tops 1 Billion Downloads Of Its Games
